ILFL Team
This sport started as a social meeting point for Bangladeshi youths. As time went on participants wanted to play more competitively. Now an average of 45-60 people attend weekly session across London.
We have both men and women’s badminton clubs. We use the men’s club to attract many restaurant workers and minicab drivers who do not traditionally have opportunities to take part in physical exercise.
Our junior badminton club also represented Westminister in the London Youth Games during 2010 and 2011.
